I gave up a lot of money, took two Dwarf Cottages, maxed and 15.
True, no Conservatory, Hives or hideouts, but I built Bears in the secondary Castle + in the Dungeon I built 1234 in the Citadel. At 121 I went into the treasure zone with three Bears, 150+ Troglodytes, 9 Birds, and meat. The opponent had an excellent layout, but the tempo was taken too high, the Griffin Conservatory at 4 wasn't taken at 121, I declined the auto.
