07/30/2013 Captain (red, Inferno, Pir) def. The_ (blue, Barbarian, Kreg Hex) Jebus, 131
On day 1, I had Ifrits and Pyres in the Castle, and 2 hidden Pyres. I had a Conflux on level 2, and three level 20 Wood Ents in total. On day 121, I gathered for a Great Offering (double from Crystal Dragons), but the opponent scouted and found 2 hidden Ifrits in my territory, so the day passed.
I break through with 2 Great Offerings, take the Castle, and immediately after, I get 20+ Ghost Dragons for +12 defense and another double Great Offering for a secondary army (20+ Angels and 40+ Griffins). There are no single units, so to avoid wasting turns, I return to my own territory and set up a level 2 Utopia. The next day, I take it, and get a Hat for level 5 magic.
I break through with 2 Great Offerings, then get 40 Nagas for Wings and settle in another Castle in the center near the opponent. His army is stronger, but he doesn't attack. On the next turn, I take the Book of Earth, and the opponent surrenders.
Thanks for the game!
Confirmed.
Good surrender, there was some mulliganing. But I was a bit unlucky with the items. I got to the center on day 124, and in two days in the Treasure, I found 4 Ducks and that's it :smile32:. In my home Utopia, I got a Messenger's Sash, two duplicate items, and +2 All boots. The opponent had control; I should have engaged in a battle in the Castle, but Gunnar's 24 or 25 armor was intimidating, even though my army was better in terms of raw power, so I ran to take the Book of Earth, which, logically, should have been around the corner, but no, rocks, rocks, rocks separated it from me. As a result, I didn't attack the opponent, and I didn't take the book. I lost the desire to continue playing.
Thanks for the game.
