Again, what if there are resources for angels? Wouldn't it be easier to deploy them?

Tactics add not only defense, attack, morale, speed, and luck to champions, just like to everyone else. It also gives a bonus to movement range. An angel can already reach almost any point on the battlefield, and this doesn't give it much of an advantage, but for a champion, it's a possible damage increase. And the damage from SUCH a charge usually doesn't give the opponent a chance to escape. And in my opinion, a champion is the death of slow but powerful monster-tanks
