Three polls in one - New or Old rules?

For 2 months, we conducted experiments and played in tournaments and leagues using the new rules. Now let's decide whether we accept the proposed changes or return to the old rules.

To avoid creating 3 separate topics, I have combined the three polls into one.
Please pay attention! The questions are in pairs, and you need to give one answer for each pair.

The first pair of questions concerns Sir Mullich, your answer:
- Completely unban Sir Mullich
or
- Restrict Sir Mullich again

The second pair of questions is about mages, your answer:
- Unban mage heroes and Tant on most templates
or
- Restrict mage heroes and Tant again

The third pair of questions is about partially lifting the ban on Fort on the Hill, your answer:
- Fort on the Hill can be used for upgrading
or
- Fort on the Hill is prohibited

In total - you need to give 3 answers! If you accidentally made a mistake, write in the topic, and I will take the error into account when counting.

In detail, what is meant:

1. Sir Mullich.
In the new rules, all restrictions on Sir Mullich have been lifted.

In the old rules:
5.10.1. Sir Mullich level 3 or higher cannot attack heroes, cities, mines with a garrison, and neutral monsters.

2. Magic specialist heroes level 4 and Tant.
In the new rules, on most templates (exceptions - panic and M200 tournament templates), the restrictions on magic specialist heroes level 4 and Tant have been lifted.

In the old rules:
5.10.4. All magic specialist heroes level 4, as well as Tant (who has the 3rd level spell Raise Dead), can use their profile spells against an opponent if one of the following conditions is met:
a) Level 4 of the Town Hall is built in any of the controlled castles (for Tant, level 3 is required). If you do not have the required level of the Town Hall in your castles, then you must completely build all levels of the Town Hall in any two castles that you own. It is not necessary to visit this castle with a hero. If the condition is met, it does not matter whether the castles with the built levels of the Town Hall will be controlled later.
b) The corresponding spell is obtained by any of your heroes in the Pandora's Box (even if this hero does not have enough wisdom skill to learn this spell) or after visiting the Scholar, there is a Book of Magic of the required element, there is a Hat of the Orator (for 5th level spells);
c) To use Tant's profile spell, any of your heroes must find and visit the Shrine of Magic Thoughts with the Raise Dead spell.
*Against neutral monsters, as well as against the computer (if it is present on the map), magic specialists level 4 and Tant can use their profile spell without the above restrictions.
5.10.5. Magic specialists level 4 and Tant can transfer their spells to other heroes, but before fulfilling any of the conditions 5.10.4.a, b, or 5.10.4.c for Tant, these spells cannot be used against neutral monsters, against the computer, or against an opponent by trained heroes.
Which option is preferable?

3. Fort on the Hill.
In the new rules, the ban on using Fort on the Hill has been partially lifted:
3.5.1. Visiting Cartographers is prohibited.
3.5.2. Fort on the Hill can be used to upgrade only those creatures whose upgraded dwelling is built in any of the player's controlled castles. It is not possible to upgrade creatures whose upgrade is prohibited in paragraph 3.8.

Old wording:
5.5. Visiting Cartographers and Fort on the Hill is prohibited.

The poll will last 30 days. In the fall, the adopted options will come into force.
In each pair of questions, the option that receives the most votes wins; in case of a tie, we return to the old rules.
