Confirmed. Opponent wiped out all of his own, I had 112 left, burned Vidomina, but decided not to resurrect, felt the respawn was rich. On the first week, birds spawned in the citadel, on the respawn 3 external dwellings of fire (I took 2) and 3 of earth, Griffin Conservatory level 1. All of the second week I looked for gold to buy them out and searched for exits into treasure zones, which I never found — they were somewhere very far away. Fafnir levels up disgustingly, keeps getting shooting and navigation, resulting in at the end of week 2 having expert weapon, water, and air with pitiful magic stats (2-3). On the third week I decided not to stall, fearing Necropolis, and went into the GO (~30 bears with GS). While clearing the GO I forgot to put on the necklace for +3 luck/morale, maybe it would have ended less disastrously, but as it was I came out with 1 bird out of 8 and ~30 Greater Firebirds.
