Excellent roll: Artifact +1 Speed from the start. In the tavern, a hero with Gnolls.
Tazar gets Earth magic at level 2. Have Slow and Shield.
On 114, I take the first Dragon Fly Hive for 4 Wyverns.
On 117, I capture the native secondary town and build a Wyvern there. In the main, 123-6 in the Citadel.
122, I take the second Dragon Fly Hive at the respawn, after opening a Pandora's Box with 60 Lizards (there was also their external dwelling). The Dragon Fly Hive turned out to be max.
Going with Tazar to the treasure zone. I break 2 more hives there and on 126 a level 1 Dragon Utopia.
They gave money, Boots of Speed, 15 percent resistance, and +2 to Speed.
On 132, I break the home Dragon Utopia and GO to the underground of the Unicorns.
On 133, I take the main from the other side with 14 Archangels.
After that, fights against weaklings and on 135 the opponent surrenders.
