Confirmed. On 111 I immediately see an external dwelling of bears near the hobbits. On 115 I set the bears, on 117 I take them without losses. On 121 I take a single unit of Griffin Conservatory with riders and go into the treasure zone with Gurni. On 125 I attack the trees, and it turns out there are a hundred of them.
