Played once with a chess timer.

I liked that the opponent started making moves a little faster.

I deliberately made very quick moves, but I was disappointed because the initial 60 minutes didn't increase. The timer constantly showed 60 minutes and 30 or 50 seconds.

The saved time isn't added in reality. Or is it added, but it's just not visible? Because you can see that the 60 minutes and 30 seconds timer stays on for a long time.
