DISCUSSIONS on “Rules for online games in HoMM3 and formulas for calculating player rating.”

I still have a question: are windmills a resource or an object according to the rules? I'm asking this to understand if they can be taken/visited while the guard is moved. Personally, I believe they are an object, and it's not allowed to use them until the guard is defeated! :smile29:
