HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

The resources of the banks are determined at the start of the map by the host – the save file already stores specific resources that cannot change and will be the same as they were at the start of the map, and in any case, they will be the same for all players.

this is just the first small crack in the seemingly impenetrable wall of small flaws in the SoD games.

In any case, it's not the first one; the number of minor flaws fixed in HD+ is quite large.
