I will also add one clarification that I have already discovered myself - about the priority of Tournaments.
Rules of good manners and respect for the opponent.
In the event of an unfinished game (games), before starting a new one, the player must offer his partner in the unfinished game (all partners in all unfinished games) to finish it. Offer in a messenger for quick exchange of messages (ICQ/Skype/MSN). And only in case of refusal (or no response within 10 minutes) start a new game. In the event that a player starts a new game without making such an offer, his opponent has the right to immediately write a report about his victory. This item does not apply to tournament matches; these situations are regulated by the rules of specific tournaments.
If, within ten days, a player, himself offering to finish the game, does not receive any message/response/refusal to finish the game from the opponent in the unfinished game, he has the right to immediately write a report about his victory. Regardless of the opponent's "valid reasons."
An offer to play/finish the game is considered an offer to play for at least four hours of real time in a row. In the event that during one game, one of the players twice interrupts the game/finish at his own request faster than in four hours, his opponent also has the right to write a report about his victory.
In all cases, the player has the right to write a report, but is not obliged to do so. The player makes the decision himself, depending on the situation.
Now, the downsides?
