I confirm.
At first, my setup seemed like a complete fairy tale. An external dragon dwelling, two external beholder dwellings, two Dragon Fly Hives, and a native secondary mine. The dragons were guarded by a horde of trees, with no other objects nearby. I didn't risk attacking in the first week and invested in the beholder dwelling. It later turned out I made the right call — there were as many as 67 trees. I also found a Dragon Fly Hive at the secondary mine, a level 3 Conservatory, and a Utopia.
In the third week, I scouted one underground treasure zone. It was a whole labyrinth. I didn't linger long; I grabbed a couple of Dragon Fly Hives, Titan's Gladius, and the Golden Bow for the Evil Eyes, of which I already had a decent number. Simultaneously, I captured another native (!!!) secondary mine. Then I took a rather mediocre level 1 Utopia and headed to the second treasure zone. There were more Dragon Fly Hives and useless Pandora's Boxes there. The only useful artifacts were the Dragonbone Chestplate and the Cape of Abdication.
As for magic, everything was bleak. No spell stats, not even a basic Haste was found after 4 weeks. That ultimately decided things. My entire menagerie helplessly scurried around the field under Slow, while the Evil Eyes were killed with Lightning Bolt.
As they say, for every chocolate, there's its own chocolate.
Thanks for the game.
