I don't believe it again (not that he's "without flaws," but that it's from a river knight). I think that a river knight, if he's of sound mind and memory, wouldn't use the nickname "without flaws," because that's a dead giveaway of strong town roles (mafia also read the newspaper, yeah). And here, the note from the kikimora seems more like it's "river-related."
