Question for Pasha Dubrovin, the only familiar employee of the FMS (Federal Migration Service). Situation: A person applied for an electronic signature: Russian passport. I look at the passport scan: Last name - ***** (5 asterisks, printed that way), First name and patronymic are indicated (complex, I don't remember what they are). We entered everything as in the passport into the certificate - GN = ***** Will the tax authority accept such a certificate? We tried to find documents regulating the rules for filling in the "Last Name" field in the passport - we couldn't find them. There is nothing about this in the regulations on the Passport and the description of the passport form.
