(Hero - Rogue) in Heroes 4

There's no point in having a hero run around alone. They should have at least a small army. You never know what might happen. But in general, it's better to focus on defending the castle. In that case, a Rogue isn't necessary. A Lord is better (and you can upgrade their magic later). This way, the Rogue becomes the third hero. It's the optimal approach.
