In any case, you need to contact EMS Russia. They have packages of necessary services for processing packages from abroad, which are entered into the database of the customs authority. There is specific documentation that needs to be filled out, in different languages, and so on. Basically, you provide information about the product and everything else, pay the fees, and they process it. They either ship it to the destination or you do it yourself; I'm not sure about that. There are some restrictions on the size of EMS packages, like no more than 25 or 35 kg and certain dimensions. And then you wait for the package.
