Well, based on this rule, we could easily use 2 built-up Guild Masters in the Stronghold towns.

Max already wrote above that this is the only condition under which it is possible. So, if Anton built a Guild Master 4 in his town, and you made a teleport, then it's allowed, but the other way around, it's not:confused: It's nonsense, of course, but the rules state exactly that.
