[2x2 Tournament] Double Up [SoD]

I don't quite understand what everyone understood about the towers and scrolls, so I'll respond to your post.

3.11.1. It is forbidden to use Magic Scrolls of level 4 and 5 without building a corresponding level of Guild Master in any of your Castles.
If you do not have the corresponding level of Guild Master in your Castles, you must fully build all levels of Guild Master in any two Castles that you own. It is not necessary to visit this Castle with a hero. It doesn't matter if the Castles with built Guild Master levels will be controlled later.

The answer is obvious. If you have built 2 Castles to the maximum (e.g., Barbarians) or captured them from the computer, you can freely use all scrolls without exception.

There is only one nuance in this rule. It says you need to build. But in captured computer Castles, you don't need to build, because they may already be built. Someone might not understand and will start building 2 towers in the same Barbarian Castles, literally understanding that they need to build them themselves, although, for example, 2 towers were already built in other captured computer Castles :D
