I watched a recording of the game from 1.5 years ago. The opponents were arguing about whether it was a draw or who won. One of them got tired of arguing and said he was leaving the game.

Question. In this case, does the player who left the game voluntarily lose?

In the case where a player who leaves voluntarily refuses to continue, they should be considered the loser. However, the procedure was never formalized. Until a procedure is established for this (in case a player refuses to confirm such a loss), it is best to contact the arbitration committee/tournament judge.
