I have Platinum, everything is good... win7 64bit.

It's good that there's quick feedback. So, the problem is still something else. With one player, everything is fine, but with another, there are frequent bugs: the game simply closes after I enter my password, and then it asks for the opponent's password, or it just has a timer, or it doesn't generate at all, or a window with text appears. Without the m200 patch, it seemed to connect normally.
