It should be noted that if we remove those who voted for "Excellent tournament, it was interesting" and who also participated in the round, we will be left with those who benefit from chaos and instability in the selection of templates and rules for the game. I think this speaks for itself. All the points are clear, but I would like to add something about strict deadlines and the awarding of results... simply 5 out of 5. I haven't seen such excellent performance in any tournament in the last 2 years, largely thanks to the judges' review of the games and the understanding that they won't wait for you... I think it should be implemented everywhere (at least until the final stages of the tournaments). We're tired of all sorts of latecomers... some of them are chronically late.
