1. Swiss system is more of a disadvantage against double elimination. In essence, I don't see any differences between them, except for the incentive. In both, you automatically drop out after 2 losses, but in the Swiss system, there's the problem of "dead souls." And it's much more comfortable to play when you know that you have a little more influence than Buchholz.
