The Charter of the "League of Laws - Inter-Clan Council."
I. General Provisions.
1. The "League of Laws - Inter-Clan Council" (hereinafter referred to as LLICC) is an organization designed to facilitate cooperation and provide recommendations for resolving disputes between clans.
2. LLICC is created by clans on the "Heroesworld" portal.
3. The name "League of Laws - Inter-Clan Council" is unique and cannot and should not be used by other players as a name or title for their clans.
4. LLICC is independent of any other organization and is a self-developing organization under the joint leadership of clan representatives.
5. LLICC consists of two representatives from each clan and includes the following: a) ordinary members; b) the secretariat.
6. A representative is a person entrusted with representing the clan in this organization.
7. Any member of the clan can be a representative, provided that the clan leader trusts them with this honor.
8. Members of the LLICC organization have their own rights and obligations.
9. The secretariat manages and coordinates activities within the organization.
II. Members of the Organization.
1. Any two members of a clan can join the organization. To do this, the following is required: a) Recognition of the clan (if it is a new clan) as a fully functioning entity. b) Permission from the clan leader to represent the clan in the organization.
To join the LLICC, the clan leader publicly announces their consent, indicates the nickname of the person who will represent the clan, and provides contact information (ICQ, email, etc.).
2. A member of the organization is free and independent from external influences such as pressure, threats, etc.
3. Each member of the organization has the following rights:
- the right to free access to information about other members of the organization and their status;
- the right to participate in the management of the organization;
- the right to propose projects to improve the organization and express their opinion.
4. Each member of the organization has the following obligations:
- a member of the organization must respect the rights of other members;
- a member of the organization must respect the organization;
- a member of the organization must comply with the charter.
III. LLICC Leadership
1. LLICC leadership is carried out to coordinate and improve the work of the LLICC.
2. LLICC leadership consists of three secretaries (elected monthly) and a chairman (elected from among the secretaries monthly).
3. In the event of unworthy behavior, a member of the leadership may be removed from the position of secretary or chairman, and elections will be held for that position.
4. The secretariat prepares the agenda for LLICC meetings and informs all members of the LLICC about the time of the meetings.
IV. LLICC Activities
1. LLICC activities are aimed at coordinating inter-clan interaction, resolving conflicts between clans, and making decisions on issues affecting all clans.
2. LLICC decisions are made by a majority vote of all members of the organization. In the event of a tie, the draft decision may be sent for revision.
3. LLICC decisions can be appealed within the organization within one week of their adoption.
4. LLICC decisions are binding on all clans; in the event of non-compliance, a clan may be excluded from the LLICC.
V. Final Provisions
1. Amendments to the charter are made with the consent of at least 2/3 of the members of the LLICC.
2. The charter can only be supplemented and amended at a general meeting of the members of the LLICC.
