Wow. Is that even possible (and unfair)? Honestly, I don't even understand why someone would register two accounts just to play, let alone rig the draw. It's like you're playing for money ;)

As for whether it happens here, I have no idea. It sometimes happens on our forum, and it doesn't bother me, but I know some people who are bothered by it, so we usually keep the draws in a private post where those who want to can see them after the game.
