The final decision from the Arbitration Committee (AK) hasn't been announced yet; R55Max registered it as a loss for Diabler. Although, in reality, Diabler didn't lose the game; I did. So, this isn't just a regular loss, but a disqualification of the opponent from the tournament for violating the fair play rule. I'm still not sure if the decision is optimal, but it's not a lack of confidence in the logic; it's simply because I still don't have all the initial information that I can trust 100%, and I probably won't have it anymore. The rest will be decided by the AK.
