As usual, there's no real answer, and frankly, I expected you to steer the conversation towards personal attacks.

This is a discussion about the rules, a theoretical exploration! Try to respond with normal words, arguments, and without sarcasm, and preferably answer all questions.

I've already written several kilobytes of text in a dozen posts, justifying my position. But you don't even seem to read them. And if you do, you don't bother to comment, just mutter your April theses from behind a shield.

This is essentially the point I made in those posts that you called "personal attacks."
