Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner. Then, in the drop-down menu, select 'Settings'. In the window that appears, click on 'English' and choose 'Russian' from the drop-down list. Before closing the window, uncheck 'Enable Cloud Save Synchronization for supported games'. That's it, restart the launcher. After this, the language will change to Russian, and the game should launch without save synchronization, which was causing issues for you.
