Registration for the tournament will close on June 23 at 23:59 Moscow time. All applications received later will only be considered if there are available slots. The final list will be approved on June 28, immediately before the draw.
These five days are needed for the hosts and judges to resolve organizational issues, check communication with the players registered for the tournament, and conduct the draw. The hosts will announce any registration rejections before the draw.
Announcement 2. Dear players, the hosts are very busy, there are many participants, and the workload during the registration period is enormous. Please refrain from continuous spamming regarding applications and rejections. All questions regarding participation should be asked to the hosts via ICQ.
Announcement 3. Regarding cloning, cheating, suspicions, etc., please contact the judges and the arbitration committee with evidence in private messages. Remember that any unproven accusations of dishonesty on the forum will be considered an insult.
