I actually agree, if there are more players, you'll be overwhelmed with building brackets, and don't listen to anyone, you're the organizer, you decided! Do it! ;)

Personally, I won't be building anything; a program will do it all for me :P. It's just a bit incorrect to close registration and start the tournament right away, especially for those who registered. You register, thinking the tournament starts on the 22nd, and then you get this disappointment – you have to play right now. Of course, you could make the first round last a week :D:D:D
