HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

Can anyone tell me how to make videos work in the mod? For example, when losing, instead of showing the executioner video, a black screen appears and music plays... and the black screen remains until the music finishes. In campaign videos, there's also just a black screen and only text is displayed.
