I want to hear a reasonable decision, and it must be based on the rules... For example, I recently received a referee's decision on my request for a tech replay in one of the games... My question was: I need a tech replay because I have run out of restarts; does my situation warrant a tech replay? ANSWER: "ACCORDING TO THE RULES, THERE IS NO TECH REPLAY!!! BUT THE GAME IS UNPLAYABLE!" (they looked at the save on turn 112). From this, we can conclude that the rules are above the referee's opinion; from this, we can conclude why I was not included in this tournament! :cool:
