Outcast's Path

Arrived in the city. Completed the quest for the hunters, failed to steal the artifact, and then things took a turn for the worse. First, the arena quest severely depletes my army, and there's nowhere to buy more. Second, I have no idea where to find the Ring of Sinners. And third, my army is slowly dwindling. And the dwellings don't offer any quests; in one, they said I don't have enough reputation, and in others, they only offer to buy things, but I don't really need them... :mad:
