After this file is added, will these changes apply to all random maps?

Yes, they will apply to all random maps. You just need to disable the module in the launcher, and then everything will be as it was before. If someone forgets to disable the module, the map will not be generated until both players either have the module enabled or disabled. Therefore, the probability of generating a seasonal game or tournament map on M-200 with this module is extremely low. If both players forget, then so be it :D
