Actually, what are the advantages of blue besides mana regeneration and the ability to attack with a bonus on the first day of the week, on top of your already purchased growth? (considering that this is quite problematic on XL+U). And what's wrong with attacking on the first day after gathering from hidden spots and portals? The main advantage still lies with red.
