I don't want this guy to get cocky, but I have to admit he played much better. In this specific case, he wisely saved time on routine turns and spent it when necessary. I, on the other hand, was burning through the timer every turn, trying to get everything I could out of the map. And that's why I was punished later.

P.S. We really tortured ourselves with restarts. Without reading the rules, we had 3 restarts due to a meeting. In sequence - 116, 114, 116.
