Yes, there's definitely a problem with Windows (I'm having the same issue).
I've already downloaded the program:
-DOSBox0.65-win32-installer.exe- (it also includes a bunch of utilities, but I haven't looked into them yet).
I'll definitely check it out tonight and let you know.
