- I will gladly tell you. The city was taken. But it would have been better if they hadn't. Now one of the demon lords has broken free. And hordes of demons are now scattering all over the surrounding area. Soon they will arrive here as well. So you had best be prepared.
The innkeeper's face suddenly turned pale, and his smile vanished. Almaren, satisfied with the effect he had produced, placed the coins on the table and took the key from the innkeeper's trembling hands.
