As mentioned in the previous post, a new version of the patch has been released. It is available for download on Ubi: http://patches.ubi.com/heroes_might_magic_5/heroes_might_magic_5_2.01_rus.exe (size 115MB). For those who have already downloaded the patch, a separate .exe file has been released. It needs to be placed instead of the old one, and the runes will start working. For those who have downloaded the original patch, feel free to download the update; it's only 3.2 MB, and I've already verified that it fixes the runes. However, if you haven't downloaded the patch yet and are experiencing download problems (dial-up, limited bandwidth, slow speed, etc.), don't rush to download the new one (even though it's already on Ubi, which indirectly confirms its reliability); it's better to wait for confirmation that everything is working correctly.
