Basically, the main question:
Dear respondent, explain to us noobs, why the hell, having a double Dungeon, would you build at least external dwellings in the secondary on the first week (can't see further beyond the screenshot). Do you have an extra 10K for these buildings, considering that Dungeon is already an expensive town, and you have double. Judging by the screenshot, you don't have that much. It's clearly not enough for a full buyout on 131 (screenshot from 127).
P.S. Shakti has 2 striking stacks - Angels and Troglodytes, maybe they needed a thick chow for capturing some external dwelling or Grffin Consrvatory.
