The approach of both the accusing and defending parties to the investigation is disappointing (although there doesn't seem to be much enthusiasm for providing an explanation). I would like the person being accused to be informed of the suspicions against them via private message, without jokes or hints, in a dry and formal manner, with a request to describe their actions as thoroughly as possible, also in a dry and formal manner. Refusal = ban, and this correspondence should only be made public in the event of a guilty verdict.
