Sometimes you come across some neurotic individuals or something even worse, but maybe you'll also find a kind, quiet old lady (I'm talking about neighbors). But the city center – I wouldn't recommend it. To be honest, you simply won't be able to BREATHE there. If usually in cities the air is saturated with exhaust fumes, then in the center of Moscow, rather, the exhaust fumes are slightly saturated with air.
