Again, answer my question: why did I play so irrationally, considering I was using a map hack?
I actually see rational gameplay when the map is open and irrational gameplay when the map is closed. No matter how you look at it, sending the main hero with the entire army through rough terrain when the main directions haven't been scouted is irrational. This is obvious to many. That's why questions arise. Of course, this is a game of heroes, and you can always say: "I decided to go there and found something," but when this happens more and more often, suspicions arise. How did I know that most of the spawns were at the top?
Well, Brissa went there and saw a passage to the top. Saurug went there and saw a passage to the top along the road. Doesn't this suggest that the spawns are at the top? Yes, there is a passage down, BUT how important is this passage to go after air units (which may have an upgraded stack) and upgraded gargoyles? It's quite possible that (upgraded stack, low morale for the gargoyles) the losses would amount to a couple of dozen goblins, and then it's a dead end. This doesn't seem rational to me, but I could be wrong.
