How to choose a hero?

Well, here, Kraag is clearly the best. But let's assume there's a choice between Jabrakus and Krellion. Both are level 0. Which one would you prefer and why? What stats should you look at first?

Have you considered that at levels 2-3, the Conflux has the strongest archers? And yet, there isn't a single hero there with archery skills. By maxing out archery (which can be done by level 3), Jabrakus increases the army's ranged attack by 1.5 times – no Kraag or Krellion can do that. And if he gets other useful skills later on, you might not even need Kraag. I think it depends on what kind of army the player decides to rely on.
