If you're comparing other heroes, then personally I would always play only a Necromancer against any of them with Isra or Vidomina without restrictions, and by the way, I certainly wouldn't take Galthran as a starting hero.

Even speaking frankly, for sure, having the option to choose Isra as a starting hero, say when playing for Rampart, Kyrre will be viewed solely as an additional option, not to mention that she is often completely ignored in favor of Ivor, so 6 Elves are more important than Kyrre's scary moves. Please don't make people laugh about the supposedly contrived imbalanced nature of Isra and Vidomina.

I agree that a hero is needed, but if you're unlucky, what's so bad about that? It didn't give you level 2 from the start, the bows didn't come to Kyrre, this is a game where you can be unlucky.

The rules were formulated in such a way as not to consider situations where a player who has Expert Sorcery on Isra had no opportunity to play unfairly! for example, so that after a battle he wouldn't dismiss all the skeletons. If you allow fights for Isra and Vidomina with Expert Sorcery, there will inevitably be cheating to save Skeletons! There will even be incorrect removal of Skeletons and many nuances due to ignorance; as far as I understand, only Dirty_Player has the desire, and apparently a strong one, to consider such situations and calculate Skeletons in disputed cases.
