One of the paths was blocked by a group of cyclops; I broke through on turn 113, taking an off-road route through the mud, and reached the Necropolis castle only on turn 122. I was desperately short on money, bought 4 unicorns but didn't have time to bring them, and for some reason, I went to capture a dungeon deep within the enemy's territory.
