New weapons of the dynasty.

The nameless staff can be obtained on the 3rd map from the Elves, it's called "Unknown Tear".
You need to complete the quest for the Naga weaponsmith... Nubas, Nostromo, Norobos, Norobo - or something like that.
You need to bring him two pieces of Elven ore.
I suspect that this staff is given when Railag is a mage, because in the dialogues they talk about a sword =)
