You're just cluttering up the Mafia discussion. It's been discussed a hundred times, and the conclusion is always the same: the scenarios are clear. Nothing will change; peaceful Mafia is a non-starter. Peaceful manias are closer to reality; I remember in older games, manias helped the towns, but never the Mafia helping the towns. XD No one will manage 3 tons of nonsense; you should go to sleep instead.
