Problems with the "Shades of Darkness" expansion.

I installed patch 2.1.0 and launched the game. At the moment when the introductory video should be playing, the screen remains black, and only the cursor is visible, and this continues indefinitely (I can only close it through the task manager, although the game doesn't freeze). And sometimes the main menu loads, but the black screen freezes when I try to start the first campaign as the Elves. Can you suggest what to do?

I have the same problem with the black screen, but it doesn't even load the main menu.
