I certainly approve of our clan leader's post, but honestly, I haven't quite grasped what's going on here. What is this competition, and what does it entail or promise us? :) In any case, we need to try to perform better each day in the tournament to improve our individual ranking. That's the main thing. If you're doing well, the clan should also do better :smile19:

Regarding "place or days," it's certainly more natural to consider the place. But it depends on other "external" participants. For example, I might be only 2 days behind you, but 30 people jump in between us... So, how do our places compare? And at the same time, you might be 10 days behind the leader, but in terms of places, you're right behind him... This creates an imbalance.

Draw your own conclusions about the non-linear and linear parts of the formula for calculating the individual player ranking :) This conclusion was made by AmberSolera himself, but for some reason, he forgot about it in the discussion about the individual player ranking, even though I was talking specifically about this flaw that the linear part of the formula introduces into the non-linear part. :)

And as a result, we see that for this type of competition, they decided to determine the winner based on the minimum total number of days to complete, without considering the places. And in the clan ranking, Kyle recalculated it again, but still didn't use the oscillator and bonus coefficient. Personally, I think these decisions are correct. Further comments on this matter are probably unnecessary.
