Well, people don't want to wait a quarter of an hour for their opponent to take their turn. What's so bad about that?

Actually, there's nothing wrong with it... This is PRO... 1 minute is more than enough for setting up units and formations... and besides, "why pay more?" (as they say)

Although, I stand corrected! PRO doesn't need turn limits or anything like that... strategy and diplomacy are what matter...
